Capability Cards

Each card is a repeatable product object for the Capability Portfolio. The fields are presentation structure; source-of-truth facts still live in CURRENT_STATE and the owning docs.

What it is for

A capability card lets an executive understand purpose, maturity, evidence, and next movement in one scan.

What it is not

It is not a second definition of the capability and does not override canonical facts.

Design rule

If a field cannot be filled with evidence, the card should expose the gap instead of smoothing it over.
